SERVICES We have experienced, but not limited to Podiatry, Cardiovascular Surgery, General Surgery, Urology, & Internal Medicine. We keep our staff educated by attending medical billing educational seminars and being a member of the AMBA. At Western Professional Claims we provide a wide array of services such as patient and insurance billing, electronic claim filing, follow up, AR, payroll, secure document storage and/or destruction of records and statements. We handle all billing calls personally and patients have a direct line to our office for questions.

At Western Professional Claims we provide services at your convenience – we work around your schedule. We can process your work daily, weekly or monthly, depending on your needs. Your work can be submitted to us electronically, mail or by courier.
HIPAA  The
Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act was accepted into congress
on August 21, 1996 and became Public Law 104-191. It was created to
amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to improve portability and
continuity of health insurance coverage in the group and individual markets,
to combat waste, fraud and abuse in health insurance and health care
delivery, to promote the use of medical savings accounts, to improve access
to long-term care services and coverage, to simplify the administration of
health insurance and for other purposes.

PRICING
This includes initial billing, follow up, resubmissions, posting payments, patient inquiries, tracking and monthly reporting. Secondary insurance billing and patient statements are included. This percentage applies to all receivables actually paid by insurance plans and patients. You do not pay for monies not collected. Other services, or alternative billing structures can be discussed at our consultation.
