statements. We handle all billing calls personally and patients have a
direct line to our office for questions.

HIPAA
The
Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act was accepted into congress
on August 21, 1996 and became Public Law 104-191. It was created to
amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to improve portability and
continuity of health insurance coverage in the group and individual markets,
to combat waste, fraud and abuse in health insurance and health care
delivery, to promote the use of medical savings accounts, to improve access
to long-term care services and coverage, to simplify the administration of
health insurance and for other purposes.

PRICING
Western Professional Claims will work with you to provide a level of service
that is beneficial to your organization and within your budget. We can
provide standard medical billing services as a
Percent of collections.
This
includes initial billing, follow up, resubmissions, posting payments,
patient inquiries, tracking and monthly reporting. Secondary insurance
billing and patient statements are included. This percentage applies to all
receivables actually paid by insurance plans and patients. You do not pay
for monies not collected.
